These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of finetees.net and the Finetees crypto analytics and monitoring services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. About Finetees

2. Eligibility

3. The Services

Finetees provides market monitoring, analytics, comparison tools, and related informational features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Not financial advice

Content on the Services — including prices, charts, signals, alerts, and commentary — is for informational purposes only. Nothing on Finetees constitutes investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and you may lose money.

5. Risk disclosure

Trading and holding digital assets involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Finetees is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser, and does not execute trades on your behalf.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@finetees.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach our systems or interfere with the Services.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data except as expressly allowed by us.
• Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Services as your own product.
• Upload malware or use the Services to distribute spam or harmful content.

8. Intellectual property

Finetees and its licensors own the Services, including software, design, trademarks, and content we create. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal purposes in accordance with these Terms. Market data may be subject to third-party provider terms.

9. Third-party services

The Services may link to or display data from third parties (for example, market data providers). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Fees

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MARKET DATA IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINETEES AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Finetees against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New York County, New York will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
